Terri and I went up to St Mary's Glacier on Saturday intending to hike the trail but by the time we got up there, my allergies were full blown and it was a bit windy and chilly too. Terri wasn't feeling so hot either so we opted to take in some of the fall colors and scenery along the road. It was an absolutely beautiful day and the trees were absolutely amazing! The first picture is up at Silver Lake which is close to the base of the trail leading up to St Mary's Glacier. We had lunch sitting by the lake. It was beautiful but cold. The other three pictures were the little creek running along side the road. It was much warmer down there!
