We just got Brandon's costume for Halloween (a bit early) so he decided to try it on for size... looks pretty good, eh?! Kayla is considering painting his face on Halloween rather than Brandon wearing the mask.

Kayla and I went down to Pueblo for the weekend. We hung out with Grandma Jean and got a lot of visiting in and helped out with some other stuff around the house. We had a REALLY fun time and it was definitely good to get away (from home)!
Kayla got to try it again behind the wheel this weekend. She's got the hang of it! ( Yes - she is only 13 but VERY eager to learn how to drive and we sure as heck AREN't doing it in Denver!)
We all got together to celebrate Kayla's 13th birthday today! We grilled hamburgers and played volleyball and Kayla opened her gifts!
